We want you to be confident in your purchase.

• Ready-to-Wear: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery in unused, unworn, and unaltered condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Made-to-Order & Custom: All sales are final once production begins. No refunds, except in the event of defective workmanship.

• Styling Services: Non-refundable. Rescheduling available with at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Sale Items: Final sale, no returns or exchanges.

• Tennessee Consumer Rights: This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
